Bayleaf

The bay leaf is an aromatic leaf commonly used in cooking. It can be used whole, either dried or fresh, in which case it is removed from the dish before consumption, or less commonly used in ground form.
Benefits:
•Seasonal flu
•Headache
•Respiratory disorders
•Head lice
Enjoy a tea with bay leaves to soothe respiratory and indigestion problems.
Caution:
Pregnant or breast feeding, please avoid
It may interfere with blood sugar levels in diabetes
