I took Ayurvedic counseling from Latha. I liked the way she patiently listened to my health issues. First, she told me about my body type and according to my body type she suggested to make diet and lifestyle changes. She focuses on finding the root cause of the health issue and suggests remedies. It was very easy to adapt to those remedies and diet tips because most of the spices and herbs were easily available at home.
