Spices make our food delicious. They are just not flavor enhancers. In fact, they are OUR kitchen pharmacy.

SPICE OF THE DAY

Ajwain or Carom seeds or Bishop's weed or Ajowan caraway.




Ajwain has a bitter and pungent taste. It is a safe spice but pregnant and breast feeding woman should avoid consuming.


Benefits:

• Weight loss

• Stomachache

• Cold

• Dissolves kidney stone

• Acidity and hyperacidity


You can make ajwain water to ease digestion or help with weight loss.
