Why is this important?


When we are tuned to the rhythms of the nature, we are connecting with the universe to stay healthy mind, body and spiritual.




In this article, I am going to talk about mid-day activities that align with nature to stay healthy.




Sun is at its peak and our body and mind are naturally predominant of heat.

This is the time for productivity, clarity and focus. Digestive system works best.


Any work that must be completed can be accomplished during this time of the day. Have a big meal as metabolism is strong and easily digestible.
