Develop a daily routine to stay connected with the rhythms of nature as that will help you to live a healthy life.
Why is this important?
When we are tuned to the rhythms of the nature, we are connecting with the universe to stay healthy mind, body and spiritual.

In this article, I am going to talk about the morning activities that align with nature to stay healthy.

The ideal time to wake up is 3 hours before sunrise or atleast, ½ to 1 hour before sunrise. This is when the sun is yet to rise and perfect for every individual to connect with the consciousness and inner self.
After you wake up empty your bladder. Brush your teeth, wash your face with warm water, splash cool water into your eyes 7 times.
Drink two glasses of warm water, after 30 minutes do a simple meditation, pranayama, and yoga.
After 30 minutes, drink a cup of your favorite herbal tea or coffee. Go for a walk if time permits. Eat a healthy breakfast around 7:30 or 8 AM.
Do gently oil massage before you go for bath, this will help the blood circulation and calm the muscles and nerves.
Trying to align with nature cycle will help an individual to lead a healthy life mentally, emotionally, and physically.
